detriment of developing countries--is implicit in the lack of growth. Rain forests are destroyed as savvy entrepreneurs think up ways to create the ultimate indoor forests in the form of
restaurants. Disney World for example has brought the outdoors inside in such a way as to render the wild incomprehensible. Critics of Disney and other firms destined to turn true
outdoor life into something digestible and salable believe that not only are the publics sensibilities hurt, but the true order of things have changed. In fact, many environmentalists have been

of time living in a tree just to prove a point. Is the Earth being destroyed? That is hard to say, but it is known that there are many species
in the world and each has specific needs. Scientists have identified more than a million species altogether and in fact, the majority of species have not even been identified
("Biodiversity" PG). An example of this is that a recent tropical forest study examined insects on only 19 trees, and they were the same species, and researchers found
