Latin population that resides in the United States. Unfortunately, this pan-ethnic identification of these cultures is detrimental to their individual identities. Much like the term Asian Americans or African Americans,
Hispanic does not properly recognize the countries and individual groups and instead throws them all together just to make referencing easier. It is important to identify the unique culture and
conditions that these countries play in the United States. Four of the regions that make up the Hispanic identification; Mexicans, Cubans, Puerto Rican, and Brazilians have an increased role and
