to Send Spam?"). It is important to identify just what spam is in order to understand how it causes traffic on the Internet and intrudes on networks. Spam is
email that is sent out to many people in order to force the individuals who would otherwise not choose to receive the message to read the material ("What is spam?").
Many people automatically delete email that looks suspicious or that advertises a product that they do not want. However, spammers have been sneaky in making the spam email appear legitimate
such as using a rather innocent looking title in the subject line. Where does the spam come from? Who wants to send out mass email in this fashion? Much
of the spam sent is tied to commercial advertising ("What is spam?"). Yet, the advertising is often not from reputable companies. The reason they choose this method is due to
the low cost ("What is spam?"). There are actually two types of spam, one of which is cancelable Usenet spam where a single message is sent to twenty or so
