of global production. The art world is no longer limited by national boundaries, nor is it limited by many of the social constraints that are seen in many other aspects
of life. The ability to push the boundaries is furthered by the way that singular works of art are reproduced in the media, with attention paid by new reports to
the artwork that is seen as anything from absurd to obscure. Global reproductions of contemporary works, from prints through to media have
a broader impact, not only increasing awareness of art and the artist, but proliferating an acceptance and advancement of contemporary art that may encourage other artists to pursue art and
push the boundaries and stimulate or support the evolution of art in all of its forms. There are many controversial artists; several can be classified as having the ability
to create publicity and controversy, which in turn increases the level of art reproduction, from the many artists that have been featured at the Tate Modern in the UK, including
artists such as Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin, to US artists such as Matt Collishaw and Marc Quninn. In all cases they may
be seen as art that is breaking boundaries as they are seeking to break down social barriers and taboos, dealing with issues that may have traditionally been seen as unsuitable
subjects for art. These artists are some of those that push the boundaries and make the unacceptable acceptable including image that are
associated with blood and body parts as well as life and death, including violence and by increasing exposures and awareness facilitate greater freedom of expression for all artists.
