While many sites are good for historical and economic details, others are government based and perhaps too factual and open to bias. Equally critical sites are available and a good range in sites on particular presidents is presented.

States history. While many sites are purely informative in nature, some sites provide a good analytical approach to the issues involved. Government based sites surprisingly enough include some critical analysis
of their own policies. In addition, the government sites are very extensive in their range of information provided. Sites composed from original official documents provide a good basis for the
details of any economic reforms or policies. The web site provided by the CIA in their Fact Book, entitled "The United States" (2002) provides an excellent starting page for an
overall perspective of the United States today. As mentioned, it has all the basic needed facts about the United States, its background, politics and states plus is has a good
summary of the evolution of the U.S. economy to the point where it exists today. It gives a basic overview of the current economy and good facts such as the
current per capita GDP of $36,200. Considering that it is a government based site, it still does some critical analysis of the U.S. economy today. It explains how the disparity
between the "two-tier" system still continues to grow especially concerning income and family health. Although lower income household have seen a 20% increase since 1975 and unemployment has dropped
below 5%, some problems still exist. The web site put out by President George W. Bush and The White House called "The Economy and Budget" (2002) is useful on getting
current White House concerns in the economy today. The site is constantly updated, so the material is always fresh. Several initiatives which should be addressed are introduced such as the
need for an Economic Security Plan to boost growth and increase the job rate. This job creation will boost the surplus. One initiative was President Bushs Tax Relief Plan which
