written, many have debated the intent and motivation of the author, the depiction of the characters, the message of the story, and so on. And yet, the fact that
the book was important in American history can be denied by no one. Uncle Toms Cabin has become a classic in American literature, and is often considered to be
one of the factors leading to the American Civil War. Uncle Toms Cabin is the classic tale of slavery
