at home mothering is a bad choice at all, it does point out the challenges of staying at home such as a reduction in financial resources, the lack of adult
contact and boredom. At the same time, the tasks and attractive pursuits are also outlined in the context of this piece. For example, activities that stay at home mothers do
with their children are detailed, including but not limited to events which will provide socialization for both mothers and children. An estimate as to the number of hours of work
entailed in this lifestyle choice is also included. This paper neither supports or opposes the choice, but rather, provides an outline of what to expect-inclusive of the problems and pitfalls-of
stay at home motherhood. There seems to be a war between working women and stay at home moms, each one suggesting that their method
of parenting is better. Those who stay at home claim that doing so is the best thing for their child. Children need the assurance of a parent around at all
times, and parents need to make sure that their children are properly taken care of. There is no better way to do this than to do the caretaking themselves. It
furher promotes bonding and is ulitmaley the best thing for any child. On the other hand, some mothers feel that if they do not get away from the home, they
