is one common factor which is that people create the budgets. While computers may help in the creation of budgets in any area, there are certainly behavioral aspects of budgeting
because people are always involved. Computers may assist financial personnel, but budgetary decisions are made by human beings. The behavioral aspects of budgeting is a topic that involves financial information
along with social scientific information about behavior. After all, people behave certain ways around money. CEOs may make decisions in order to keep themselves on board as opposed to what
is really good for the company. On a personal level, people use money unwisely when they have an addiction, or simply because greed enters the picture. When it comes to
the budgeting process, behavior definitely plays a role. For the addict who is still cognizant enough to create a budget, a lot of money may be set aside for entertainment.
