the use of user. Therefore, it is appropriate to look at taking action under the product liability laws. There are four main approaches
to cases brought under product liability law these are negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability and misrepresentation. There are also only a limited number of situations which tend to represent
almost all cases brought under product liability rules; these are manufacturing defects, defects as a result of the design, a deficiency of failure in terms of instructions and warnings which
are needed for safe use of the product, and failure to represent truthfully product quality (Owen, 2005). It is not unusual for
an incident to be actionable under several of the different approaches to product liability, for example, there may be picked potential liability of a manufacturer under two or more of
the few theoretical approaches, for example they may be liable under negligence, strict liability and on the warranty for the same incident (Lexis, 2008).
