materials can have an equally significant negative impact. In considering whether a test is a good test or not, it is valuable to consider the application of the test within
the educational environment and the way in which the test will shape change in the educational environment. Recognizing that this holistic and team approach to education is imperative to
the success of children in the modern school environment is important for assessing the impacts of testing options (Culliam, 2002). A qualitative, comparative study of different testing options is
a beneficial way of determining the pros and cons of particular tools and their application in the educational setting. The use of content analysis and a comparative view of
existing assessment/testing options is a direct qualitative approach to addressing this topic. The Research Problem There are a few significant ways
of approaching assessments for these learning strategies and instructional models. First, the overall design of the educational plan allows for the assessment of specific behavioral and educational goals.
