2001. In 1993 there was another attack on The World Trade Center which was a mere glimpse of things to come. In the end, these attacks have been
perpetrated by militant Islamic groups intent on revealing their hatred of America and using force and violence to underscore their ideologies.
There is no question that September 11, 2001 will live on forever in the hearts and minds of the world. No one could escape the profound effects of
that tragic day, and there will no doubt be countless people affected by those acts for many years to come. It is indeed painful to reflect upon those events
and to imagine the hatred of men who could so coldly execute the events of that day. There have been
so many personal stories to emerge from that crisis that one is left with the smallest glimmers of hope and clearly many stories of courage and bravery beyond the imagination.
While there is little to be gained from the terrorist acts against the World Trade Center, perhaps the world can at least look to those who endured those attacks
