her job, there must be periodic examination of that persons continued ability to carry out tasks pertinent to the job. Teachers are certainly not fallible when it comes to

every passing semester and fall into a stagnated pattern void of enthusiastic endeavor that ultimately robs students of any thoughtful learning. Had these teachers not been locked into job
