computer systems can be viewed as more than one central entity: they can be viewed simply as equipment or machines created by man, or a systems, modes and methods
of communication demonstrated more specifically in terms of computer software packages (Campbell, 1996: 100). As a result, the impacts of this type of communications technology is directly linked to
the effectiveness of an organization to incorporate the machine as well as the protocols for operational function into a system designed to reorganize communications (Campbell, 1996: 99).
