been good of the team as they have entered into a scenario where they have been forced to rely on each other. The aspect of a common enemy has also
been a great benefit in seeing the team come together and creating commitment to the team and the development of a team culture. There are also easy difficulties with
the development of a team, with different team members optionally vying for the leadership role and personality clashes. However as both of these were competitive events and the tea were
competing against outsiders this gave them a common goal and interest that helped to put any differences aside. As the team worked or competed together, as they carried on there
was an increasing trust built u and reliance which then aided with the minimisation of differences between team members. The sport event and then the quiz also allowed different
team members to show their varying abilities and become more participative, quieter than sporty members were seen to be able to contribute well to the quiz questions. This ensures
the team was seen as all people participating, even if these were in different levels. In both cases to succeed it was essential that there was trust between the team
