to what meaning the parent subscribed to. The writers interests and goals are to become a successful teacher in the K-12 education system and to eventually earn a doctorate
in this field. This is not a lifelong dream, in fact, it was decided only several years ago. The most important accomplishment to date is becoming a member of
the International Honor Society. Goals do not include becoming wealthy, for that goal, the writer would certainly choose a different profession. The immediate goals upon becoming a teacher is to
provide young children with a solid educational experience, which, will, in turn, give these students a better chance at becoming successful in the world themselves. History In practice, the
first teacher was God who taught Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. In a more secular context, the next formal teachers would have rabbis and prophets. However, to
