potential than most use and I want to maximize their potential by finding ways to help them go beyond limitations they or others may have placed on them. Lifelong
learning is a requirement in todays world. In fact, the can Library Association (2007) said that lifelong learning is essential for every person and organization. The reason is because information
changes so rapidly that what is valid and true today may not be valid and true tomorrow, (American Library Association, 2007). Finally, this mission includes the recognition that there must
be a positive relationship between school, parents and the community. This type of relationship enhances the learning efforts of students and stresses the importance of academic education. My Hopes
for Students My hopes are identified in the explanation of the mission statement and in the previous section. First, students will be motivated and enthusiastic about learning because a safe
and exciting environment is provided. Students will actually initiate learning activities in topics of great interest to them. Students will forget about thinking they cannot do something and instead, they
