the Internet or by phone, which then launched a series of activities between the intake counselor and the automatic network system to ensure the patient kept his/her appointment, and to
ensure adequate follow-up. In the other scenario, it was suggested that Internet-based advertising consisting of auxiliary services to Turning Point (such as
treatment spas, nutritional guidance and even prescriptions) be encouraged. The use case in this regard focused on how the Turning Point staff and outside companies (creative and web-hosting) would work
in tandem to develop and post the banners, while monitoring the click-throughs and response. In this next step, well go one
