in favor of Ms. Roe, who sought to legally terminate her pregnancy through abortion, the topic of abortion, terminating the development of a fetus in a womans womb before natural
birth, has been a heated one. Although abortion is legal, getting one in the current climate is difficult. In one Time magazine
article that ran in 2000, Stephen Grillot, M.D., who practiced medicine in Colby, Kans., noted that a woman who wanted to end her pregnancy would need to drive 300 miles
to Wichita to the nearest abortion clinic (Gibbs, 2000). Once there, she would have to pass protesters to enter a building that had been "bombed out and fired upon" (Gibbs,

what she can do with her body, and as the fetus is in her body, the woman has a right to choose to carry it to term, or to terminate
the pregnancy. Although the Supreme Courts decision regarding Roe v. Wade was a decisive one, there have always been threats to overturn this decision. And, through the years, both sides
have shouted out their arguments, believing that they are in the right and the other side is wrong. The truth is, both sides are correct - and wrong as well.
