Popular Culture on a Global Scale: A Challenge for Cultural Studies. Globalization has occurred in nearly every facet of civilized life it can be said. During seems to believe that
in globalization the world becomes a single place that serves as a frame of reference to everyone. In other words, then, the simple connectivity of one culture or country to
another is not what Durings connectivity seems to refer to, then, but rather to the influence that this connectivity will have on the subsequent nations and cultures of the world.
