has become clear that with the backing of many foreign constituents that the leveling of Palestinian-held territories and assets will essentially force the Palestinians to seek refuge in other countries,
or that other countries may be shortly placed under undue pressure by other governments, worldwide, to accept the refugees and/or to aid in the relocation of a Palestinian state. This,
Saudi Arabia, cannot do. As one of the largest Arab nations it has always come down to land mass versus population. However, a good deal of the land utilized
by Saudi Arabia is for the extraction of natural resources. The Palestinians cannot, in any good conscience, be given land that is not even fit for our own people to
live on. Todays perception of the Palestinian people is that of homeless nomads, terrorists, angry, swarthy, with a bent for destruction and chaos. But, one only needs to look back
as far as the early 1900s to see that it was Israel, not Palestine that was without a homeland. With this in mind, then, it should be urged in upcoming
talks, that the Arab consulates meet with Palestinian leader, Yasser Arafat, in order to determine if he would be willing to relocate to a section of Arab held land
which would be more accommodating and would offer a chance for the Palestinian people to rebuild their culture. As it stands now, in the next five years there may not
be a Palestinian culture at all. Already barriers regarding language, ethnicity and religion are levied against them. The Palestinians are fighting a war which they cannot win and in which
