for every meal of the day, and for everything he drinks, for 30 days. It is a truly disturbing and enlightening film that enlightens the viewer about the dangers, and
disgusting nature, of fast food and how America has truly become a fast food culture that cares little for healthy food. The following paper offers a look at how the
movie influenced the writers thinking about food. Super Size Me First and foremost, the student should understand that the personal attitudes presented are only those of this writer
and may well not reflect those of the student. For example, this writer raises goats for milk (unpasteurized) and cheese, and raises their own meat, as well as much of
their own vegetables as possible. In addition, this writer has long been disgusted with McDonalds food. However, this writer does, on a rare occasion (perhaps 4 times a year), eat
at a fast food restaurant. Spurlocks decision, in the first place, seemed incredibly dangerous and horrible for who would honestly wish to eat at any fast food place, exclusively,
for 30 days! But, at the same time, his point, or points, seem incredibly valid and his film truly did offer enough disturbing truth as well as shock value that
would likely influence people to eat differently. This viewer was just further convinced of how horrible fast food can be for many people, and how one is so completely unaware
of what is put in fast food, or how it is processed, and in the end, what nutritional value any fast food may have. Spurlocks film put this even more
perspective for this viewer. This viewer found it disturbing to see Spurlock, after only three days, vomiting up his meal. In truth, the last time this viewer had a
