from that of the observer. There are various techniques that can be used in ethnographic methodology to obtain the most reliable and more revealing information about the study individual
or group. DISCUSSION Ethnography can be defined as the observation and recording of those observation of human cultures. It usually involved an individual or a team of individuals who
become active participants in a given workforce, tribe or team and spend time observing how the workforce, tribe, or team behaves. Relying almost totally on personal experience and potential
participation, not just observation, ethnography is a method of social science research (Genzuk, 1999). Many times the purpose of ethnographical study is to learn about another culture which includes
the language, heritage, historical background and current norms of that particular culture. Three kinds of data are normally collected as a result of ethnographic research. These three methods
of data collection are interviews, observations, and documents (Genzuk, 1999). The ultimate result is formed from these three methods of data collection which then becomes quotations, descriptions and portions
of documents that combined to form one narrative (Genzuk, 1999). Ethnographic methods are used anytime structured observational research is needed. Ethnographic methodology has certain characteristics or features.
One of these features is the fact that the behavior of individuals is studied in their real world context, not in an experimental environment which is created by an outsider
