This 4 page paper answers four questions asked b the student. The first questions considers how a manager will deal with a situation of conflicting information, with management reports indicating a project is on schedule and going well, and an encounter with employees indicating it is a joke. The second question examines a scenario where increased comparison means a company need to increase costs to protect the future, and how this needs to be communicated to employees in a profit sharing scheme. The third question looks at how a new potential opportunity should be assessed. The opportunity is to source goods from a foreign country where the economy is poor and labour costs are low. The final questions concerns strategy re-evaluation assessing how existing information should be supplemented with new information. The bibliography cites 4 sources.
