Lady is a start-up womens apparel business catering to working women who need to dress well but have limited time or patience for shopping. Lady will carry very
few trendy items and will concentrate on providing working women with professional wardrobes accented with current trendy items that can be replaced more frequently while retaining core items for daily
business wear. Lady will be located in a new, upscale strip mall on a busy main street. The building is nearing completion
and has its other tenants in place. They are an upscale bakery and caf?; a hair salon; a soap and candle manufacturer and retailer; an ice cream shop; and
a small Oreck vacuum retail store. The nature of most of these businesses is that they generate a high degree of foot traffic that will assist Lady in meeting
its goals. At least two of the businesses - the bakery and candle store - will attract the same type of customer that Lady seeks. The nature of
the strip mall is such that the parking space most removed from the door of the building is not a great distance away and customers will be able to park
