Essay / Research Paper Abstract
A 16 page paper using empirical evidence to assess to what extent UK companies are using a strategic approach to human resources management (HRM). Those organizations striving to adopt a strategic approach to HRM should encourage HR personnel to examine corporate strategy for the purpose of determining the skill needs that the organization will require in the near- and long term.
