If there is no preference the results should show a similar amount of preferences for each category (1 = animal fat, 2 = canola oil and 3 = baked). The
expected value would therefore be 16 for each of the cooking methods. The Chi Squared test gives a result of 27.125 which is the x2. Observed Expected
