youth unemployment have to compete as well as deal with. In the 2001 census the population was recorded as 244,866, in 2005 the mid year estimate was 257,700. There
are slightly more males in the area than females, with about 130,100 males and 127,600 females giving a 50.4% to 49.6% ratio. Looking at the spread across different ages we
