the user many different options with titles of articles, a search option, and drop-down lists for different areas of interest. The Forbes site is very easy to use
and it is not too crowded. Some organizations have so much print and/or so many pictures that the user becomes confused. One of the highlighted articles this week was how
twitter and Facebook help sales forces. This was a streaming video with charts and data to demonstrate the impact of social media (Forbes, 2011). Numerous cities have Web sites
that offer economic information. For instance, Boulder, Colorado offers significant information for businesses on their Web sites. They have a number of departments that provide different kinds of information and
data. The user can download an Economic Indicators Report that includes data on economic indicators for the city. This includes employment by industry, employment data, building permits, number of
jobs, venture capital funding and a number of other economic indicators for the city (Boulder Economic Council, 2011). An individual must use a different approach if they want to
obtain information about economic impact because they need to search for the economic impact of something in particular. In any medium- to large-city, local newspapers will carry information about the
economic impact of a law, policy, devastation from a storm, the recession in general, and so on. The Wall Street Journal is devoted to and emphasizes information for businesspeople as
