That subject is the current war in Iraq. Something That Makes You Sad: Journal Entry In all honesty, by perhaps most peoples standards, the war in Iraq is
very sad, and perhaps pointless. While controversy rages over the involvement of the United States in Iraq and as the controversy rages over bringing soldiers home the point is that
an apparently pointless or useless war is taking place and that no real advancements or establishment of freedoms or success is being seen. The remainder of this paper presents a
first person discussion of why the war in Iraq makes one sad. When I heard the news about the attacks of 9/11 I was incredibly frightened and sad. I
was sad for many reasons. I was sad because so many people died and I was sad that someone was so angry that they did such a horrible thing. It
