is one of the most significant. Indeed, in order to achieve favorable TQM performance, it is critical that the organizational learning process be both stringent and uniform. As
such, the Six Sigma approach is often chosen for its focus upon competent leadership and the celebration of small victories versus striving for one immense - and often unattainable -
