Nevertheless, backtracking and redesign increase the overall cost of the project and delay implementation. The results of this project have, thus far, turned out to be less then satisfactory and
do not meet the stated intentions of the project. While the system does encompass all subsidiaries and the parent corporation, it has been difficult to access and problems have been
encountered regarding the upgrading of information. This report will examine the process that was implemented, and analyze where mistakes were made and what procedures can be utilized to avoid
