poverty stricken individuals in this country. In the following paper we present an overview of various aspects concerning raising minimum wage, finding that it is not perhaps, the best was
to deal with the problem of poverty. Where Does the Increase Come From? As stated, many people do not stop to consider the costs of minimum wage increases. For
example, where does the increase in wages come from? It certainly doesnt come from taxes or government funding. It comes from the employers, whether they be large or small. In
