with an integrated system to develop continual improvement and lastly the consideration of job groups to which this process may be suited. The Model The student has
stated they want to develop a personnel placement business based in an office but also wants to use the internet as a support the acquisition of clients and job seekers.
There are several different types of business model available, however if we are looking to develop one that can be franchised we also need to consider the role of brand
image as well as systems. We can argue that the basis of this model will be the traditional approach, based on differentiation though good service and the development stages
starting with an entrepreneurial stage and following an entrepreneurial pattern (Mintzberg et al, 1998). There will be the need to begin the
office with the development and use of personal contacts to gain clients. This will take an entrepreneurial approach, with a very proactive approach. However, there are many different ways the
business can develop, the traditional business models of business are still valid, but need to be updated to meet the faster and more strenuous demands of todays commercial environment.
The use of the internet needs to be a support and not the foundation of the business however, as the business develops this may increase in importance as it may
