and to the point so as to get the message across. My communication skills in both writing and speaking are excellent. While I do not chit-chat very often, I do
recognize the need for certain off-topic conversations in some situations. Listening is a skill that is very important and I have excellent listening skills. I believe a failure to listen
is the root of many problems in business. I am consistently working to improve my own communication skills. My background does not include management positions at this level, however,
the lack of experience at this level is compensated for through desire and passion. Not only am I passionate about this industry, I have many other characteristics that lend themselves
