right?) Introduction The sculpture I have chosen to talk about is entitled "Bison," by Jan Kopeckki. I pass it every day when I go to work; it reminds me
that soon I will be at a place for a my regulated eight hours per day, and I need to shift my mental gears into work mode. Materials / size
This cut piece of metal stands about eight feet tall; is about five feet wide and maybe two to three inches thick. I am guessing that it is welded
to a base plate for stability, but that has been buried into the ground, and seeded with grass, so the animal looks as though it is weighted upon the earth.
I thought of putting a pocket knife into the ground underneath it and decided, it didnt matter because the illusion was strong enough with out my flimsy little knife
attempting structural comments. Location This "animal" stands on a grassy bump of land between the library and the city office buildings of a small southwestern town. It is angled
