we have a list of jobs that need doing, but no indication of the time scale. We have a list of the number of hours for each task. We will
make some assumption an assume an 8 hour working day is the norm. We make an assumption regarding the times when the different IT workers are needed, The only element
of cost that has not been specified and assumed is the cost of the training, We have two members of staff to be trained by the vendor, this we have
assumed will be one to one training and occur over four days, two days each. This occurs fairly early as these two members of staff are then going to need
to train other members of staff at two days each, one on one, so two can be trained at any single point and need to be trained by the time
the schedule is finished. The first task is to draw up a time table of when the different events will occur. This is shown in the form of a
table we have used working days as the time measure, but these do not have to be consecutive days, for example, day 2 is likely to be a week or
more after day 1. They may be consecutive, this is for the student to decide. This shows the task and the jobs to be undertaken with the presence of the
