his chief complaint, the patient replied, "seem like the good Lord dont want me to have no skin". He complained of a combination of an excessive hardening of the skin
on his hands and feet into a callous "like what youd see on one of them rhinoceroses" and persistent lesions across the rest of his body. Secondary complaints offered by
Mr. Skuulovich without prompting included a persistent "bedeviling" ache in his abdomen; when prompted for details, however, he merely shakes his head and mutters, "my lungs and liver... my lungs
