the laws and regulations of the local economy. For example, in the U.S. and other western regions, there are equal employment opportunity laws. The following reflects a general outline of
the handbook. * Orientation: All new employees participate in an orientation seminar, which includes an explanation of the companys benefit plans. New employees may select and sign up
for benefits at that time or they may return the forms within the next two days. Expectations in terms of attendance and other issues will also be covered in this
seminar. * Attire: All employees are expected to follow excellent hygiene practices. Specific attire differs by department. * Employment Status: * Regular Full-time employees work 40 hours
per week. * Regular Part-time employees work between 20 and 39 hours per week and are eligible for partial prorated benefits. * Temporary employees work for a specific number of
hours for a specified number of days/weeks. * Probationary Period: All new employees are in a probationary period for three months from date of hire. A supervisor, in consultation with
