next day, when they met, Sparky said the job would be $200 per outlet, not the $150 per outlet stated, because it was a small job. Owen reluctantly agreed, telling
Sparky he wanted ABC Outlets because they were the best ones. However, when Sparky collected the necessary tools from his truck, he
realized he didnt have any more ABC Outlets. All he had were XYZ Outlets. Sparky changed the outlets with the XYZ Outlets, without informing Owen that this was the brand
used. Though Owen was satisfied with the job, he still believed his initial agreement with Sparky was for $150 per outlet. In short, Sparky ended up charging more, and not
using the product Owen had requested. The irresponsible Sparky then went to local home improvement store Big Box and while there, ran
into sales associate Homer. Homer explained to Sparky that he was having electrical problems at home. Because Homer always helped Sparky at Big Box, Sparky offered to solve the electrical
problem for free. Sparky told Homer the only available time he had was 6 p.m. that evening. Homer agreed, telling Sparky he would have to leave work early (resulting in
lost pay) to be there by 6 p.m. But Sparky ran into problems at the next job, and was unable to go to Homers house to fix the problem. Furthermore,
