of the program (Kivlighan et al, 1994). However, additional uses are also being found, including the reverse use, with employers using it for recruitment and ensuring a good match in
the jobs their employees have been placed in (T H E Journal, 1999). One of the strengths of the program is its modular make up, with eight different section the
user can utilize whichever section they feel are appropriate. The first section is a self assessment. This examines the values associated with work, along with different activities interests of the
user (Kivlighan et al, 1994). This interactive stage is then followed with a search and the production of a list of potential careers that satisfies the different interests and values
(Kivlighan et al, 1994). The third sections information, with answers to twenty seven important questions about two hundred and thirty different jobs (Kivlighan et al, 1994). The next module of
the program specifies the required skills for al of the occupations that have been listed (Kivlighan et al, 1994). The preparing section looks at the pre-requisites, detailing the educational or
training requirements for the occupations (Kivlighan et al, 1994). The sixth model is the coping module, that looks at the way in which the user may cope wit the decision
making process and the deciding section helps wit the measuring of the advantages and disadvantages of each choice (Kivlighan et al, 1994). The final module, the next steps module, helps
