your home or business to repair the system. There is also the in-house repair service as well. This is for people who
dont necessarily want to pay the charges incurred by the traveling team of technies. Its also for the customer that wants the repair done more quickly. There is sometimes a
few days wait when it comes to the on-call repair men and women. In a move to expand, Sherman Computer Repair wants
to add computer assembly to its roster. In this regard, the company would not compete with the likes of the big companies such as Dell and Apple. Rather, Sherman Computer
would offer rebuilt and refurbished computers at a fraction of the cost of the newer models. Though Sherman Computer has technological know-how
when it comes to repairing computers and peripherals, the company doesnt have the talent to actual take apart and re-assemble computers from scratch. As such, the organization needs to undergo
a self-analysis to understand what it will need to do to move from computer services into computer building. New technologies will need to be learned, with the current workforce retrained,
and possibly new personnel hired. Though Sherman can certainly set up a new organization, it will take some work and planning. The
