process has changed, with the Internet making finding, and approving, loans more automatic. Overall, challenges in the 21st century work environment have
included downsizing, restructuring and outsourcing as businesses have tried to remain competitive on a global basis (Schubert, 2007). Furthermore, the Internet has changed how various functions are done in the
workplace. For example, a lot of people can work from home these days; this means a change in office dynamics. Discuss the typical reaction of employees to change
Employees dont like change. Even if a situation is not all that great, employees who have learned to live with it are not appreciative
