11th. Airlines have become very aware of the different types of risk they face, and where that airline is also a sole provider of services at a small airport,
the risk may also include many ground level risks, such as security and logistical management issues. When looking at risks these can be divided into two main categories, physical
risks, form a drunken passengers trying to assault a member of staff to the attempt to cut communications or bring a bomb onto a flight, and there are virtual or
remote threats, such as hackers into a security system, the disruption of computers and issues such as information and the retention of competitive intelligence as well as the competitive position
of the company. All of these may be destructive and all must be considered in terms of risk assessment. In todays world the issue of physical risk is upper
