to remain competitive in the long term, and Riordans success makes it no exception. Since Riordans inception, the focus has been on the delivery of innovative products with a pricing
structure among the most competitive in the industry. In keeping with these values, the company has historically expanded into those markets that provided the most efficacious and efficient opportunities for
low-cost manufacturing, operations, and distribution. This was also the guiding force behind the companys recent overseas expansion, when a manufacturing plant was established in Hangzhou, China. Unfortunately, a shift
in company priorities occurred which has revealed that Hangzhou is no longer the ideal location for a manufacturing facility in China. Instead, Shanghai would be a much better location, with
