and principles of ethical leadership. This paper provides an overview of Scrushys ethical failings, followed by the development of an action plan that indicates how HealthSouth Corporation might have been
managed differently, towards a more successful outcome. Article It is a common practice to undertake examinations of successful corporate leaders, in order to gain some perspective on
exactly what qualities and actions were significant in affecting their success. By looking at how a particular leader assumes the mantle of leadership, it is possible to derive a better
