be a wise decision as the Philippines enjoys a comparable standard of living, but with considerably lower costs associated with virtually all expenses, from housing to transportation, and especially in
health care. Moreover, the political freedoms enjoyed in the Philippines are essentially the same as in the United States, and the Filipino culture can be very open and accommodating to
