2005 assessing how and why outsourcing take place focusing on how different locations were identified and chosen as suitable when outsourcing was by way of off shoring. This quantitative research
seeks to gain a good overview by taking data from across 11 different types of services. By undertaking the research using data over more than a decade and across
a number of different services there was a general approach adopted so that the results may be applied to different areas. However the basic premise of the research was to
