how effective project management can take place. There are a number of different approaches taken to leadership in general with arguments regarding what makes a good leader, is it personality,
characteristics and traits, or skills and/or knowledge? The general framework has seen as evolution of management theory, but the same level of consideration has not been applied project management,
perhaps due to the more transitory nature of the leadership style. Project management is made up of a wide number of tasks, increasing disproportionately as the size and scope
of the project increases, with mega project often benefiting from a number of management layers. There are many ideas and models that are used to give guidance, for example, the
CHAOS factors outlining the ten factors needed for successful project management place experience in the top ten. However, it is also noted that different project may have differing needs and
