the creation and distribution of coupons each month, targeting the private label foods that the company sells. The coupons are to be created on a monthly basis in order to
be distribution with a monthly newsletter which is being created. 1.1 Problem Statement Kudler Fine Foods are seeking to implement a new system, of marketing, marketing direct
to their customers though the use of a monthly news letter. The month new letter will be informing the customers of new developments and news. The firm want to
send out this newsletter accompanied by coupons for the private label goods that they sell to promote specific ranges as well as attendance at the store. A system needs to
developed that will allow for the use of collected demographic data to be used to identify areas that the individual customers may be interested in and which purchases may stimulate
long term purchases with a trial. This will take econometric model as well as sufficient input data. There will also need to
be monitoring of the process to ensure that the goals are being reached, to assess which coupons are most popular and to assess the long term impact of the promotions
on the products and overall sales. 1.2 System Personnel The system will serve the needs of the store management and staff who will be selling to goods. The
