range of services to customers, from weekly mowing to annual, seasonal tasks. The business is a proven one, one that has been documented for years as being successful.
As with any other business, the proof of success is in the bottom line. Management of the business and of targeting appropriate customer segments can prove to be the
defining point of success or failure. We believe we have the management and marketing capabilities necessary for success in the Delaware County area.
Though D & J Lawn Care offers winter services as well, the business is a seasonal one gaining virtually all of its income from activities associated with the spring
and summer growing season. Fall offers leaf removal opportunities. The seasonal nature of the work interrupts cash flow and necessitates delaying purchases. It is for these reasons
